Before your visit
Prepare previous test reports, surgery and treatment records, a medicine list and your last period date where relevant. Ask in advance about identification documents and whether translations are needed.
Visiting from overseas
Confirm treatment eligibility, documents, the number of visits, expected stay, fees and interpretation arrangements first. Avoid non-changeable travel plans before the care plan and appointment have been confirmed.
